| Quality Control All of
the raw materials used for the prodution of Revitol must pass stringent quality controls before
being utilized. Only those precursor materials that are of the highest quality and
which pass our in house quality inspection are used in the production process of
Revitol
All raw materials are tested for purity prior to entering the manufacturing
process. Quality control engineers have the authority during any stage of the
manufacturing process to reject products that don't adhere to our strict quality standards. All personnel follow explicit written protocols that are strictly enforced during the
production of our products. All steps during the manufacturing process are documented and reviewed by quality control specialists.
Production equipment is always properly maintained and cleaned on a predetermined schedule, documented in company logs
and always available for review by the Department of Agriculture. Manufacturing
logs associated with each unit of Revitol, including every raw material used, are filed for
2 years past the expiration date of the products.
Additional quality control is shown by:
Product analysis - recorded for each unit of Revitol
produced. The analysis contains the specific components of Revitol, including a lot number for each of the ingredients, as well as the
manufacturing methods used in the production process.
Raw materials - purchased only from the most reputable wholesalers.
Every raw ingredient in Revitol must come with a Certificate of Analysis given
to us from the supplier. Our own Quality Assurance team also analyzes the
production materials for authenticity.
Packaging material - ordered only from reputable wholesalers. Specific Quality Assurance personal ensures that all
Revitol labels are properly assigned. Labels used are also cross checked with
the original master label to make sure that there have been no errors made while
printing the product labels.
Ultra Herbal Manufacturing Guidelines
In addition to the protocols described above, Ultra Herbal adheres to the following manufacturing guidelines to ensure the
highest quality control:
Encapsulation and Compression - Once a test unit has been processed, a sample unit is issued to Quality Assurance to be compared to retained samples in order to ensure product integrity.
Quality Assurance inspections are conducted using set protocols for the
capsules. As with the blending and granulation process, the capsules are stored
in specifically designed containers to ensure freshness and to avoid any
contamination.
Liquids - All equipment used in the production of Revitol is
inspected prior to use. Raw materials are then also inspected for the last time,
before starting the production process. Once the Revitol is produced, it will be
stored in specially designed containers to ensure the freshness of the product.
Packaging and Inspection - Upon completion of processing, Revitol is inspected again by the Quality Assurance staff.
Defective products are removed from the lot. Products released by the Quality Assurance staff are subsequently bottled and labeled for consumer use (labels contain the appropriate information required by the Federal Drug Administration; batch numbers are logged). All finished products are properly labeled and closed with a tamper proof seal. The Quality Assurance unit also retains samples of raw materials for one year past the expiration date of the last product they are used in. The unit also retains samples of finished products for one year past the product expiration date. These samples are maintained under controlled conditions.
Final Products - All final products of Revitol are stored in quarantine in a climate controlled environment until
they are finally delivered to you, the customer.
All Ultra Herbal products are manufactured using Good Manufacturing Practices set forth by the US Federal Drug Administration.
Both scheduled and surprise inspections by the Quality Assurance staff during different aspects of the manufacturing process help to ensure specific quality, strength and purity for both the raw materials and the finished
Revitol product.
